  1. You need of Mango Pulp (use kesar mango).
  2. It’s of Sugar.
  3. Prepare of Cornflour.
  4. Take of Water.
  5. You need of Elaichi (cardamom powder).
  6. You need of Ghee.
  7. Make ready of Dry fruits finely chopped.

MANGO HALWA RECIPE is a fusion version of authentic Indian.Add sugar and mango puree, mix well.Finish the MANGO HALWA with cardamom powder.Mango Halwa- As the summers season have already started ,the fruit market is flooded with all types of juicy stone fruits.

Delicious and Tasty Haldiram Mango Halwa Recipe step by step

  1. Take a bowl and add corn flour and water mix well.
  2. Make mango pulp without water use kesar mango.
  3. Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp ghee and add pulp and continuously stir on high flame for 5 min.
  4. After 10 min add corn flour slurry and stir on low flame for 10 min after 10 min add sugar and continuously stir 10 min.
  5. After 10 min add dry fruits and add 2 tbsp ghee mix well and stir on low flame for 10 min.
  6. Check the halwa if it doesn't stick on tha hand it is ready.
  7. Greased the pan and set halwa and garnish chopped dry fruits and rest for 2 hours.
  8. After 2 hours remove the halwa.
  9. And cut to small pieces.
  10. It is ready…. enjoy delicious mango halwa with your family and friends.
