  1. Prepare 8 of Filets (big size) salmon fish with skin.
  2. It’s 2 of eggs.
  3. Take 1/3 cup of gram flour (besan).
  4. It’s 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  5. It’s 1 tsp of red chilli flakes.
  6. You need to taste of Salt.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of cumin & coriander seeds.
  9. Take 1 tsp of caraway seeds (Ajwain).
  10. Prepare 1/8 cup of chopped fresh coriander.
  11. It’s 2 of chopped green chillies.
  12. Make ready of Water as needed for making the batter.
  13. You need as needed of Oil for frying.

Season salmon on both sides with salt and pepper.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil and butter.When foaming subsides, add the salmon steaks.Transfer the salmon steaks to plates, spoon the pan juices on top, and serve.
