  1. Take a wok and add oil in it. Once heated put cumin, mustard seeds and kadi patta in it.After cumin seeds turns brown add onion and green chillies to it. Then add ginger and garlic paste..
  2. Once onion turn brown add vegetables to it. After 2 minutes add red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt in it and mix it well.cook for 1minutes..
  3. Then add chopped tomato and cook for 5 minutes in medium flames.Then add green coriander. Ready to serve..
