- It’s 1 1/2 tbsp of Lemon juice.
- Prepare of Zest of 1/2 a lemon.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Tamarind purée.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Peanut butter.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of Chopped chilli.
- Take 2 of Eggs, whisked.
- You need 1/2 cup of Mint, chopped.
- It’s of Peanut oil for cooking.
- You need to taste of Salt and pepper.

- Throw chilli sauce, tamerind purée, lemon juice and rind, peanut butter and fish sauce into a jar and shake well to combine..
