- Soaked chana daal 2 hrs,then boil it,5 miniutes.adding whole masala..
- Steam the jackfruit seeds then grind it..
- Keep it a side..
- In a bowl put grind daal,& Jackfruit seeds..
- Add salt,kebab masala, mushroom powder,mashed potatoes.coriander leaf,ginger,garlic paste,mix it well,make a dough keep it a side..
- In other bowl for stuffing put hung curd, mint,khoya,chilli,kebab masala 1 pinch,salt,crushed sunflower seeds mix it very well..
- Make medium size balls from the chana dough..
- Fill in it with prepared stuffing & make it again like a ball.roll it bread crumbs,& dry fruits crumbs.
- Heat a pan put ghee in it.put all kebab in it.bake it in slow flame crispy..
- Serve it hot - hot with green chuteny..
- It is a healthy, energetic, taesty dish.anyone can have it..
