  3. You need 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.

  5. Take 1/2 Cup of coriander leaves.
  6. Take 5 of medium sized tomatoes.
  7. Make ready 4 tbsp of oil.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of ghee.
  9. Take as required of All spices( haldi,red chilli powder coriander powder, Jeera powd.

  1. Firstly wash Soundreyagul and boil to 2-3 whistles, put a little salt, and squeeze water from it and keep aside, then in the same Cooker, put Oil, when heating put finely chopped fresh green garlic, put ginger garlic paste, stir for few minutes,.
  2. Then put chopped fresh tomatoes in it, put all Spices and little salt. Now put squeezed Soundreyagul, put salt and stir, till water from Sabzi absorbs and then put Ghee over it and little chopped fresh coriander leaves in it and cover the cooker for 2 whistles, keep it in low flame for five minutes..
  3. Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi and ser hot with doddaa/roti.
