  2. It’s 1 cup of maida.
  3. You need 1/4-1/2 cup of rice flour.
  4. Make ready pinch of salt.
  5. You need 2 tsp of sugar.
  6. You need pinch of turmeric for colour.
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp of black sesame seeds.
  8. It’s as needed of water to make batter.
  9. You need as needed of oil for deep frying.

  1. Cut plantain into 2 frm middle and slice thin slices of it….take a bowl and mix maida, rice flour,salt,sugar,turmeric and blk sesame….(here u can add rice flour as per ur preference for crispiness).
  2. Pour water and make dosa batter like consistency….dip each slices in batter and deep fry in oil…. flip over other side and cook….drain on paper towel and enjoy.
