- Prepare 1 bowl, of ,mushroom Capsicum,tomato,onion.

- You need 250gm of green peas.
- It’s 1/2 tbsp, of Coriander seeds.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of cumin.
- Take 1tbsp of ,garam masala.
- Prepare 2tbsp, of Oil.
- Take as needed of Chaat masala,butter ,ghee.
- Prepare as required of Maida/ wheat flour.
- You need to taste of ,salt.

Beetroot kathi roll instructions
- Cut the vegetables, cut paneer into small cubes,and mushroom also into small pieces keep aside.
- Keep Kadai on gas pour 2tbsp oil heat itand fry the onions till golden brown..
- When onion is done add capsicum fry for few minutesAnd add coriander cumin powder and toss it nicely.
- When capsicum is half cooked add cut mushroom fry for few minsAnd add garam masala powder stir it nicely.
- Then add rest of the vegetables,add little haldi and stir frythen add tomatoes.
- Mix everything properly Add little water 1/4cupclose the kadai and keep it for ten mins..
- After ten mins vegetables are cooked then add paneer cubes stir fry,close the kadai and keep for five mins after five mins your stuffing is ready.add salt to taste chaat masala powder half tsp and coriander for garnishing..
- Now kathi roll for the roll we have to knead the dough 1cup maida and two cup wheat flour along with grated beetroot 1cup.
- Roll out one ball from the dough,make it lacha by givin layers and roast it nicely with butter.
- Now fill the stuffing and roll it and give a cut from middle your tasty kathi roll is ready to eat.
