- You need Half of teaspoon of pepper.
- It’s 2 table spoon of grounded crayfish.

- Wash, Peel and dice the Irish potatoes and boil in a pot till soft,.
- Wash the ripe plantain, peel and add to the almost soft potatoes and cook together for about 10 mins till tender.
- Add onions, salt,crayfish and pepper and simmer for another 3 mins, then add the palm oil and allow to boil for another 3 minutes then bring down from fire…
- Allow to cool a bit then puree in blender, add water while blending to achieve desired consistency..
- Serve in a plate using spoon..
