Ingredients of Paneer In Mushroom Curry
- Take 3 tbsp of oil.
- It’s 1 tbsp of ghee clarified butter.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cumin seed jeera.
- It’s 5 of garlic cloves.
- Make ready 2 of green chilli.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ginger paste.
- Take 2 of onion slices (each leaf removed and sliced).
- You need 1/2 of green capsicum chopped.
- You need 1/2 of red capsicum chopped. I had some yellow bell pepper left and so I have used it.
- Prepare 500 g of paneer cut into cube.
- Take 1/4 cup of mixed vegetables I have used sweet corn and baby corn.
- It’s 1 cup of mushroom sauce.
- Make ready 1.5 tsp of garam masala.
- It’s 1.5 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Make ready 2 tsp of coriander cumin powder dhania jeera powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of kitchen king masala.
- It’s 1/2 cup of kasuri methi.
- Take 2 tsp of sugar.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of cashew nut powder.
- Take 5 of mushroom sliced.
- Prepare To taste of salt as per taste.
- Take 1/2 cup of water or as needed to adjust the consistency of the gravy.
- Take As required of coriander washed and chopped for garnishing.
