- Make ready 200 grams of Common Mushroom (chopped).
- You need 1 large of Onion (finely chopped).
- It’s 1 medium size of Tomato (make puree).
- It’s 1 teaspoon of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Take 1 of Green Chilli Slited Green.
- It’s 1 tablespoon of Coconut Grated.
- Take 2 each of Cinnamon and Clove.
- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala.
- You need 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder.
- It’s 1 pinch of Turmeric (optional).
- You need 10 - 15 of Cashew Nuts.
- Make ready To Taste of Salt.
- Make ready To Cook of Water.
- You need 3 - 4 tablespoons of Refined Oil.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of Ghee.
- Take 1 sprig of Curry Leaves.
- Prepare To Taste of Coriander Leaves.

Mushroom Dry - A Sauteed Side dish for Rotis/Chapatis instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan and add cinnamon, clove, cumin, onion, green chilli, curry leaves and few seconds later add ginger garlic paste..
- Saute it, until it gets golden brown in colour. Now add tomato puree and saute well..
- Add garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and a large sprinkle of water..
- Now cover the pan with a lid and cook till the mixture gets dry..
- Before switching off the flame, add grated coconut and a large sprinkle of coriander leaves; give a good stir..
- In another pan roast the cashew nuts in ghee and add before serving the dish..
- Now give a large bite with chapatis or rotis….yum yum!!.
