- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
- Make ready 3/4 packages of pasta (I prefer bows).
- Make ready 1 of onion.
- It’s 2 tbsp of minced garlic.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of tomato paste.
- It’s 1 of Stroganoff powder mix.
- Take 400 grams of mushrooms ( really up to you).
- Take 1 tbsp of cornflour.
- It’s 500 ml of thickened cream.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of mild paprika.
- Prepare 1 of stock chicken or beef stock cube.
- It’s 1 kg of chicken breast or beef strips.
- It’s 1 of sour cream.

- add tomato paste to the mushrooms and stir through for approx 5 mins.
- add meat and mix through thoroughly.
- add stock mix and stir, turn down and leave for 10 mins..
- sprinkle Stroganoff powder mix over the top and mix through, Do not use the whole packet, just a little sprinkle over the top..
- add thickened cream mix and stir through. careful not to have it on to high. give it ten mins with a little stir every so often.
- Add the pasta and stir through …… Now Serve. :) add a dab of sour cream and a bit of salt n pepper..
