- You need 1 pinch of saffron.
- You need 1 tbsp of Sahi jeera.
- Take 2 tbsp of deshi Ghee.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1/4 tbsp of Turmeric.
- Take 1/ 4 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp of masala powder (jeera, Cinnamon, black pepper).

- Soake brown basmati rice in water for half an hour.
- Now put a vessel on gas add Something more than half a liter water in it and boil the water. - When the spinach is cooked well, then in the last, pour Biryani rice in it and cover it with a lid for 1 minute.Keep in mind that we do not have to cook more because it is cooked rice already..
