  1. Take 1 pack of Button mushroom.
  2. It’s 1 piece of Red bell pepper.
  3. Prepare 1 piece of Capsicum.
  4. It’s 1 piece of Carrot.
  5. It’s of Cheese 1small cube.
  6. It’s of Onion 2medium sized.
  7. Make ready of Tomatoes 2big.
  8. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  9. Take 1/2 tsp of Red chilly powder.
  10. It’s 1 tsp of Soya sauce.
  11. Take 2 tsp of Tomato ketchup.
  12. You need 1 tsp of Vinegar.
  13. Prepare 2-3 tbsp of Fortune oil or desi ghee.
  14. You need of Coriander leaves a few.
  15. You need of Potato fo' garnishing.
  16. Take of Lemon slices n juliens of lemon skin fo' garnishing.

# Stirfry veggie masala#post 20th step by step

  1. Firstly wash n cut all the veggies in square pieces.
  2. Take a non stick pan n put 1tsp of ghee init then put red bell pepper first n stir fry fo' 2minutes..then one by stir fry all the veggies including onion n tomato by adding little by little oil or ghee..Don't overcook the veggies.
  3. Now in the same pan put 1/2tsp of oil n put red chilly powder, soya sauce, tomato ketchup n add all the stir fry veggies..add salt n vinegar, a bit of water n give a good mix.
  4. Cook fo' 5 minutes more n flame off..Sprinkle garam masala finely.
  5. Yo'r veggie masala stirfry is ready.
  6. For potato garnishing_take a big sized starch potato, wash, peel n cut like slanting line from both sides length wise\ /… Then give the shape of leaf by cutting semi circle from top(see potato garnishing in pic).. Now remove 1-1slice from front n back n cut slices..dip the leaf slices in butter n place the slices slightly one over the other n make a 4leaves flower..take a non stick pan or skillet put little butter n fry the potato flower.
  7. Put weight on the potato flower while frying so that the petels stick with each other.. Fry from both side till golden brown on medium heat.
  8. Transfer the veggie masala stirfry in a bone China plate n garnish with coriander leaves n juliens of lemon skin.
  9. Serve hot with lachha paratha or rice.
  10. Enjoy.
