- Make ready 10 oz of Dried pasta of your choice.
- It’s 1 each of Avocado.
- Make ready 2 oz of Lemon juice.
- You need 1 of Salt and pepper to taste.
- Make ready 1 cup of Veggies of your choice.

- Boil pasta until aldente in salt water.
- In a mixing bowl mash up avocado salt pepper and lemon juice I added a dried herb seasoning you can add what ever seasoning that you like.
- Once pasta has cool a bit add it to mixing bowl with avocado mixture and combine with veggies of your choice.
