Mushroom Fried Rice step by step
- Heat oil in a kadhai, add shahi jeera, onion fry for 1 minute. Then add garlic, ginger paste, turmeric powder salt to taste, sliced mushroom, tomato cover the kadai and cook for 6 minutes, when water is evaporated.
