- Take As needed of oil and water.

- At first steam the leaves for just 2-3 minutes..
- Now heat oil in a pan add ginger and chilli paste, saute for a minute..
- Now add the leaves and just mix adding roasted spices powder, salt and mix..
- Remove and keep aside to cool down..
- Now take wheat flour mix salt, oil and the leaves, knead a soft dough, rest for 15-20 minutes..
- Divide the dough into small balls, roll into the desired shape..
- Shallow fry the parathas and serve it hot with curd and pickle..
