- It’s 1 of golden penny macaroni pack.
- Prepare 1/4 of kilo of beef.
- It’s of Carrots.
- It’s of Green beans.
- You need of Green peas.
- Make ready of Sombo 🌶 pepper.

- Take 5 cubes of Maggi star.
- You need of Garlic powder.

Macaroni and beef stir fry sauce step by step
- Put water in a pot, add salt, and groundnut oil to the water and keep to boil, add macaroni to the boiling water mix and cook for 10 minutes till it's soft..
- While the macaroni is boiling, cut the vegetables, green pepper, sombo🌶, bring out them green peas..
- Make sure the beef is sliced to be thin.
- Season the meat with Maggi star(I used 3cubes),garlic and ginger powders.
- Put a medium skillet on medium heat, add vegetable oil and two tbsp of cornstarch. Add your sliced vegetables and sliced Irish potatoes (optional) to the mix. Season with garlic and ginger powders and Maggi star, ghana/cameroon/black pepper and add salt to taste.
- Add already cooked beef into the mix and keep stirring, make sure it's on medium heat..
- Add soy sauce to improve taste.
