- I add oil in a hot pan,to it i added my onions,scotch bonnet,seaseonings nd spice mix,nd stir fry till onion is a bit soft,then add your parboiled maca and carrot,along with chopped bell pepper.
- Cabbage and mint,stir fry it for atslt good 5 mins,till all is well mixed and slightly fried😉turn off heat,and serve immediately,NOTE u dnt have to fry it too much just slightly to soften the veggies.
