- In pan cook the rice till soft and drain the extra water.
- In another pan take masoor dal, add two cups of water, salt and half of turmeric powder and cook till soft and mushy.
- In a pan heat ghee, add the spices.
- Now add chopped onion, tomato and chilli one by one.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and saute and then add other dry masala one by one.
- Now add drumsticks leaves and saute for few minutes.
- Add cooked dal and cooked rice and mix well.
- Add little water and cook on low flame for about five minutes..
