- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Dry fenugreek.
- Take 1/2 tbsp of Chaat masala.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of Coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of garam masala.
- Prepare of All above ingredients for making tikka.
- Take of For tikka masala.
- Prepare 2 of medium onion slice.
- You need 3 of medium tomato chopped.
- Prepare 1 of green chilli.
- You need 6- 8 of cashunets.
- Prepare 4 of garlic cloves.
- You need 2 tbsp of Desi ghee.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Fenugreek.
- You need 1 tsp of Butter for tadka.

Mushroom tikka masala step by step
- Take a bowl add all dry ingredients mix it well now add hung curd again mix it well now add all vegetables like mushroom,Shimla,onion mix it all together and add mustard oil marinat it and keep aside for 15 min.
- Now take a pan add ghee into it and heat it, now add sliced onion, saute it for 3 min, now add garlic,green chillies,tomato and lastly kaju saute it add little salt and water now cover it in low flame for 15 min.
- Let's the mixture cool and after that grind it and make it very smooth paste.
- Let's make tikka,you can make in microwave in grilled mode or can make it on tawa on high flame of gas, when our tikka turn little brown it's done now keep it aside.
- Let's make tikka masala, take a pan heat it and pour oil as well butter in it, add little bit of haldi and 1 tsp kashmiri chilli now add our smooth paste of onion tomato mixture, turn flame on medium and saute it when it becomes little thick add dry masala like Coriander, chicken masala and salt mix it well and saute till the oil separated from pan.
- Now add our tikka mix it in masala,add fresh cream and fenugreek,add little bit of water and cover it for 5 min.
- When oil is separate off the flame, our tikka masala is ready to serve, you cat with chapati, paratha and with rice also.
