Ingredients of Ghee Roast Prawns
- Take 500 grams of prawns deshelled and deveined.

- It’s 5-6 of Kashmiri red chilli.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1 tsp of pepper cones.
- You need 4 of to garlic cloves.
- Take 1/2 tsp of tamarind.
- Make ready 4 tbsp of ghee homemade.
- Prepare of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of curry leaves.

- Fry for sometime until oil begins to leave and the prawns are well coated with the ghee roast masala..
- Now add fried curry leaves to garnish off the gas burner and serve hot with neer dosa or paratha.
