- It’s 2 of boiled patotes.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- Prepare as needed of Maida for rolling.

- It’s 2 tbsp of oil.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of Asafoetida.

- You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 2 tsp of coriander powder.

- Take 1 tsp of almonds powder.

- First take panner 1/3 part in a bowl add panner and boiled patotes mashed it properly add salt mix well..
- Then take another bowl add 1/4 part panner add salt and turmeric powder add 1 spoon oil mix well.Then make small balls..
- Then take panner and patotes mixture roll it and flat it and stuff the small panner balls.Roll it in maida rest it 5 min.Then frying till golden brown.Then cut it..
- Then take a wok heat oil add Asafoetida, cumin seeds spluter it add kuti cardamons, onion paste saute it.add tomato paste cook 2 min.
- Add red chilli, gram masala, coriander powder, kitchen king,cook 2 min.Then add cream cook 2 min add cashew and almond powder cook 5 min and add some water and salt cook 5 to 7 min on low flame.Then add panner koftas..
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
