Hello everybody, welcome to our recipe page. Today I’m gonna show you a way to prepare a distinctive dish, Sambar. It is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i will make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Sambar Recipe. Sambar - south Indian lentil stew made with vegetables, lentils and a special blend of spices. Unfortunately, most of the restaurants here make really bad sambar.

You can cook Sambar using 12 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients of Sambar

  1. You need 250 gm of arhar daal.
