Ingredients of Veg biryani

  1. It’s 1/2 kg of basmati rice(wash and sock 30 min).
  2. You need 2 of onion slices.
  3. Take 2 of bay leaves.
  4. It’s 2 of black cardamon.
  5. Prepare 2 of green cardamon.
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  7. Prepare 4 of black paper.
  8. Prepare 3 of clove.
  9. It’s 1 of cinnamon sticks.
  10. You need 1/2 of jaiphal.
  11. Take 1 of javitri.
  12. Make ready 2 tbs of fennel(soaf).
  13. Make ready 2 tbs of coriander seeds.
  14. It’s 2 tsp of salt or according to taste.
  15. Make ready 2 tsp of ginger paste.
  16. Take 2 tsp of garlic paste.
  17. Make ready 1 small bowl of curd.
  18. Prepare 1 bowl of green chilli or according to taste.
  19. You need 1 bowl of carrot.
  20. Take 1 bowl of cauliflower.
  21. Take 1 bowl of pototes.
  22. You need 1 bowl of peas.
  23. Prepare 1 of onion slices golden brown and fry paneer for garnishing.
  24. It’s 1 tsp of kewra.
  25. Take 2-3 pinch of orange colour.
  26. Make ready 1 cup of oil.
  27. It’s 1 cup of milk.
