- First boil potatoes & chopped it or mashed it & keep aside..
- Meanwhile in a mixer jar grind Onion, & tomato seperately & keep aside..
- Heat the pan put oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds then add grated ginger & garlic mix well..
- Saute for a minute add grinded onion paste in it saute till golden brown..
- Add spices red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder mix well..
- Add tomato paste in it saute all then add fresh green peas..
- When green peas cooked & become soft add warm water as per gravy required..
- Add salt & add boiled mashed potatoes in it..
- Till cook when boils come & they looks like semi gravy..
- Add garam masala & garnish with fresh green corrainder leaves..
- Served hot with parathas or poori or Chapati or rice & raita..
