- Prepare 100 gms of paneer.
- Prepare to taste of salt.
- You need 1 of maggie masala.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of red chilli.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of garam masala.
- It’s 2 tbsp of cournflour.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of water.
- Take as required of oil for fry.
- It’s 2 tbsp of oil.
- You need 1/4 tsp of asafoetida.
- Make ready 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 10 of soaked makhana puree.
- Prepare 2 of onion puree.
- You need 3 of tomato puree.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1 tsp of red chilli.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- It’s 2 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of kitchen king.
- It’s 1/2 cup of cream.
- Make ready as needed of Water.

- Then take a small bowl add cournflour and water make a paste. Then cover with paste all potatoes and fry..
- Then take a wok heat a oil add asafoetida, cumin seeds cardamom,and let splutter it..
- Add Makahne puree and onion puree cook for 5 mins..
- Add tomato puree and all spices cook 5 mine and add cream cook 2 mins..
- Add water and salt mix well add potatoes and cook for 7 mins on low flame..
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti..
