- For the puri - firstly combin the wheat flour,salt and 2 tsp of oil and mix well..

- Heat oil in a pan for frying. Now put one rolled out poori into the hot oil..
- Fry them till they turn golden brown in colour from both the side.
- For the aloo sabji- heat 3 tsp oil in a pan and cloves,cumin seeds,chopped garlic,chopped ginger and chopped green chillies..
- Let them saute for 2 min and add chopped onion and let them saute for 5 min..
- Now add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt let them saute for 2 min..
- Now add chopped tomatoes and still well. Cook for 2 min..
- Add crumbled potatoes and stir well and add 3/4 cup of water and cook covered for 10 min on medium low heat. And add gram massala, kasuri methi stir well and cook for 5 more min..
- Aloo pori is ready serve it..
