  11. You need 1 of Mango Sindhri (cut into cube).
  12. Prepare 1 of medium Onion (chopped).
  13. Make ready 1 of medium Tomato (chopped).
  14. Make ready 7-8 of Green Chilli (cut small).
  15. It’s 1/2 tsp of ginger paste.
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes.
  17. Prepare 2-4 Tbs of Sugar.
  18. It’s 2 Tbs of Vinegar.
  19. Take 1 Tbs of Soya sauce.
  20. It’s of Oil for frying fish.
  21. Prepare of Spring onion twigs for garnishing.
  22. Take of Coriander chopped for garnishing.

Thai Mango Fish step by step

  1. Marinate for half and hour to two with the all above ingredients of matination and keep aside..
  2. Fry fish and from both sides.
  3. Prepare the ingredients for sauce. Cut all vegetables.
  4. Pour an oil in wok and put all vegetables and stir fry to make it slightly soft but do not need over cook..
