  1. Take 1 cup of Grated cottage cheese.
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of Finely Chopped carrot.
  3. Take 1 tbsp of Finely chopped capsicum.
  4. It’s 1 tsp of Finely chopped mint.
  5. It’s 1/2 cup of Semolina.
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup of Semi crushed oats / cornflakes.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of Red chilli sauce.
  8. Take 1 tbsp of Green chilli sauce.
  9. You need to taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Finely chopped coriander.
  11. You need 1 tsp of Baking powder.
  12. Take of For garnishing :- Carrot sticks and red chilli sauce.

  1. In a bowl add grated cottage cheese, finely chopped carrots, capsicum, mint, red and green chilli sauce, crushed oats or cornflakes, semolina, coriander and salt and mix well..
  2. Add the baking powder in the end..
  3. Make medium sized balls of it and put the carrot stick on it..
  4. Steam the prepared balls in a dhokla/idli patra for 10 minutes..
  5. Let them cool for five minutes, garnish with red chilli sauce and serve..
