Lemon Jumbles instructions

- Turn dough over onto a lightly floured surface and divide into about 50 equal-sized pieces..
- Roll each piece into a sausage shape with your hands and twist in the middle to make an "S" shape..
- Place cookies on prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cook completely then dredge generously with confectioner's sugar before serving..
