Ingredients of Punch Ratan Dal Paratha

  1. You need 2 tbsp of green moong dal.
  2. Take 1 tbsp of urad dal.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of Arhar dal.
  4. It’s 1 tbsp of masoor dal.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of gram dal.
  6. Make ready Handful of mintl eaves.
  7. It’s 1 bowl of Wheat flour.
  8. You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of ajwani.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam Masala powder.
  13. Take To taste of salt.
  14. You need 1 tbsp +2tbsp of oil.
  15. It’s 1 pinch of asafoeitida.
  16. Prepare 1 " of ginger.

Punch Ratan Dal Paratha instructions

  1. Wash and soak all dal 2 hours.Take a grinder jar add all dal, ginger,green chilli & mint leaves to make a paste..
  2. Add all spices on dal mixture mix it well. Add wheat flour &salt mix it well. Add little water & yo make a paratha dough. Greased 1tbsp oil & Rest for 20 mints..
  3. Take one ball size from dough roll it as paratha size. Heat a tava put the paratha on tava, cook nicely on both sides. Add little ghee or oil & cook nicely. Panch Ratan Dal Paratha is ready to serve. Serve with butter & mint chutney..
