My Halloumi Bacon Pasta for 1 step by step

  1. Ingredients.
  2. Heat up 1 tbls oil in a frying pan or wok (as i use alot) add the Shallots fry for 1 min then add the garlic, Ginger and italian herbs and mix in..
  3. Then add the bacon bits and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Then the courgettes.
  5. Then the halloumi and fry for 1 min both sides.
  6. Add the fresh basil and tomatoes and mix in fry for 1 min.
  7. Then add the other tbls olive oil and the Advacado and sweet peppers cook for another min..
  8. Add salt and pepper and mix in then add the Pasta.
  9. Lastly add the tomatoe puree and stir in and serve hot.

It smells divine and tastes wonderful.Wrap halloumi slices in streaky bacon and fry until crisp and golden.Serve on a bed of dressed peas and pea shoots for a vibrant midweek meal.
