Ingredients of Sweet Seedai

  1. Take 200 gms of Rice flour.
  2. Prepare 100 gms of Jaggery.
  3. Make ready 2 tsp of Urad flour.
  4. It’s 2 tsp of Grated coconut.
  5. It’s 2 tsp of Ghee.
  6. Take 2 tsp of Sesame seeds.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cardamom.
  8. Prepare 50 ml of Water.
  9. It’s As required of Oil for frying.

  4. Take a pan add jaggery and water cook 10 minutes. Syrup is ready. No thread consistency and filter the syrup..
  5. Add the jaggery syrup into rice flour mix with ladle. After cool down the mixture mix well with your hand make a medium dough. Rest 1 hour..
  6. From the dough take a small portion roundle it and finished the remaining dough..
  7. Take a pan add oil put the seedai 5 or 6 in a time and fry in medium flame. Cook 2 minutes then only turn the seedai and cook it will turn golden in colour. Take out from the pan. The sweet Seedai is ready..
