- Wrap up black dough with white one making an even roll.
- Let the roll rest in the fridge for 60 minutes.
- Cut the roll into 1cm disks.
- Place the disks on a baking tray and sprinkle brown sugar on them.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
