  9. Prepare 6 slices of pickled jalapeño peppers.
  10. Take As needed of Nonstick spray.

  1. Preheat the oven 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the first batch of corn muffin mix spray the muffin pan with nonstick spray..
  3. Add 1 tablespoon to the bottom of all 12 holes..

  5. Mix the second box of corn muffin mix. Add half the mix to half the muffin holes..
