  1. First prepare methi muthiya. Take one plat and add gram flour, wheat flour and fenugreek leaves then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and lemon juice, oil and baking soda and pinch sugar. Mix well..
  2. Make dough. Then make balls from dough and then steam for 20 min..
  3. Chek with knife it's come out clean then methi muthiya is ready..
  4. Now take cooker and heat oil and add mustard seeds then add chopped tomatoes cook for 1 min. Then add garam masala and red chilli powder..
  5. After that add all vegetables and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt mix well and add water. Take 3 whistle. Rest for 10 min..
  6. After that open cooker and add methi muthiya and mix well and close cooker so that methi muthiya is well mixed..
