  2. Make ready 5 of shallots.
  3. Take 5 cloves of garlic.

  6. It’s To taste of sweet soy sauce.

Aunt's Fried Noodle Recipe step by step

  1. Put noodles into boiled water about 2 to 3 minutes, and dried it then set a side.
  2. Heat cooking oil and make scramble eggs, then set a side.
  3. Blend shallots,garlics and cayenne pepper, and for red chili just remove the seeds and chopped.
  4. Heat cooking oil and fry all ingredients until fragrant.
  5. Add sweet soy sauce,chicken powder, sugar,pepper and water,stir well.
  6. Put in scramble eggs and noodle then mix well.
  7. Last step taste it, and add more seasoning if needed. Then fried noodles is ready to serve.
