  1. Take 36 of Eggs.
  2. Take 4 cup of Vinegar.
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp of Tabasco Sauce.
  4. Take 1 cup of water.
  5. Take 1 tbsp of Salt.
  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper, ground.
  7. Make ready 1 tsp of Red Pepper, crushed, dry.
  8. You need 1 of onion, chopped.
  9. You need 3 can of jalapeños, sliced (16oz).

Pickled Eggs - Yooper Style step by step

  1. Boil eggs for 12 Minutes.
  2. Allow eggs to cool.
  3. Peel eggs and rinse.
  4. Chop onion.
  5. Combine vinegar, water, jalapeños with sauce, onion, Tabasco, salt, black pepper, and red pepper in large sauce pot. This will be called the 'juice'.
  6. Cover sauce pan.
  7. Bring the juice to a boil (warning: boiling vinegar is very stinky).
  8. In a 1 gallon glass jar, place 1 layer of eggs at the bottom.
  9. Cover the eggs with Jalapeños slices and 'juice'.
  10. repeat last 2 steps until all eggs are in the jar. There may be some 'juice' left over..
  11. Store in the refrigerator..
