Ras malai or rossomalai comes from two words in Hindi - ras meaning "juice" and malai meaning "cream." It is a dessert enjoyed mainly in India, with notes of Bengali origin.Crush some saffron strands with ½ tsp of sugar, ½ tsp cardamom powder, ½ tsp fennel powder and add in the milk.Turn off the fire and keep syrup aside.Knead the Paneer (How to make Paneer) in a platter till very smooth.

- In a pan boil 1 liter hot milk add 1 tablespoon vinegar with 1 tablespoon water and collect chaina.
- Add 1 teaspoon corn flour and 1 teaspoon dry milk powder in chaina and rub it mix it and make it smooth then make little balls boil it in sugar syrup for 15 mints on medium flame.
- Then transfer it in milky syrup which make by boiling milk: boil it for 20 mints then add sugar, elaichi powder, dry milk and garnish with badam, zafran, chandi warq then refrigerate it for 3 hours and serve.
