- Take milk in heavy pan & boil it on medium- low flame with constant stirring..
- Boil milk continuously until it becomes one - third of original milk with stirring after some time..
- Now take homemade cheese or readymade cheese & grate it..
- Add elaichi powder & sugar to reduced milk & cook it until sugar dissolves in it completely.Now add grated cheese to reduced milk on low flame..
- Cook it until mixture becomes thick with constant stirring on low flame.After that,transfer mixture into pre -greased mould..
- Take almonds & chopped them & garnish mixture with them..
- Rest for 2- 3 hours & cut into pieces.Your kalakand sweet is ready..
