- It’s 500 gm of Besan.
- You need 1 1/2 cup of water (as needed).
- It’s of Sugar syrup.
- Take 500 gm of sugar.
- Take 2 cup of water.
- You need 1 of tspn cardamom powder.
- Take 1 of tspn Nutmeg powder.
- You need of Few Cashews.
- Prepare of Few raisins.

- Take sugar, add water and make a sugar syrup. Half string is enough. Add cardamom and nutmeg powder. Keep it warm..
- Take besan. Add water in the batch. Make a paste like consistency. There should be no lumps.
- Heat up the oil. Start making bundi as shown in the picture. Fry it for some time. Don't make it red..
- Once it is ready, add into the syrup. Follow same procedure with rest of the batter. Mix it well inbetween. Keep it covered for two hours. It will absorb syrup. Once it is ready, add cashews and raisins..
