  1. You need of Romaine lettuce, leaves separated and cut.
  2. Take of Cherry tomatoes (quartered).
  3. Take of Parmesan Cheese (grated).
  4. Prepare of Dressing.
  5. Make ready 1 of Egg yolk.
  6. Make ready 125 ml of Cream.
  7. Make ready 50 ml of Olive oil.
  8. Take 1 of Garlic (minced).
  9. It’s 25 g of Anchovy.
  10. Take 20 g of Sherry vinegar.
  11. You need of Salt.
  12. It’s of Pepper.
  13. Prepare of Croutons.
  14. It’s 2 slices of Bread.

Caesar Salad instructions

  1. Croutons : cut the bread into cubes, toss the bread cubes with butter, and salt. Spread evenly on oven and bake at 100 degree Celsius for 50 min or until crispy.
  2. Dressing : whisk all dressing ingredients and season with salt and pepper, keep cool in the refrigerator.
  3. Parmesan crisp : spread the grated Parmesan cheese on a baking sheet and bake in oven at 150 degree Celsius for 15 min or until cheese melt and slightly crispy, cheese crisp will turn crispier when cool.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, toss gently the lettuce with the Caesar dressing until the lettuce coated with the dressing, season with some salt and pepper.
  5. Top with the cherry tomatoes, bread croutons and Parmesan cheese crisp.
