- It’s 1 tsp of Rose essence.
- Prepare of Milk 1cup (boiled).
- It’s of Water 1 and 1/2 cup.

- Dry roast poha and semolina separately until light brown.
- Once cool, grind both (just 5 strokes).
- Keep a deep pan add 1tbs ghee and fry cashew nut and dry grapes.
- In the same pan add boiled milk and water, let it boil, add food colour and salt and reduce flame. Then Add sugar.
- Mix well, now add ground poha and semolina mix slowly and keep stir in very low flame..
- Add rose essence cover and cook for 5 min, now add remaning ghee.
- Spread the sweet in a plate, decorate with cashew and dry grapes and serve hot.
