- Prepare 1 cup of milk.
- Take 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.

Sweet step by step
- Take a nonstick pan, add ghee and both the flour..
- Roast this flour till golden yellow..
- Now add elaichi powder, desiccated coconut, grinded dry fruits powder and sugar mix well than add milk also..
- Now cook well till left the sides of pan. Off the flame..
- Grease the plate and spread this batter on it.. Apply varak on it. Cool it cut it in desired shape..
- 6 cup burfi is ready to serve..
