  1. Preheat the oven to 300. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and draw 12 inch circle on parchment. Turn parchment over so the drawn side is down.

  5. Bake for 50 to 65 minutes until surface appears dry.
  6. Cool on rac compleatly before carefully peeling off parchment paper.
  7. Make whipped cream.
  8. Beat cream until it holds soft peaks.
  9. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until it holds its shape.
  10. When ready to serve.
  11. Spread whipped cream in center of meramge.
  12. Add fresh berries.
  13. Drizzle with melted chocolate, cut in wedges and serve.
