  1. It’s 1 cup of Moong daalsoaked for 2-3 hours.
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup of Water.
  3. Take 2 of medium Onion.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of Coriander.
  5. Take 3-4 of Green chillies.
  6. It’s 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Chaat masala.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Salt.
  10. It’s 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  11. Make ready of Oil for frying.
