- Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of Red Chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of Dry Mango powder or Amchur homemade.
- Take 1 of small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped.
- Make ready 1 1/2 cups of Rice Flour.
- You need 2-3 of Green Chillies chopped.
- Take 1/8 tsp of Baking Soda.
- Make ready of Water as required.
- Make ready of Oil for frying as required.
Heat oil in a frying pan.With the help of a spoon or with hands drop small small balls of this.Next toss in the spinach, onion, potato, cilantro, and green chili.Heat a pan with oil, I like to shallow fry the Pakoras, if you wish, you can deep fry them.
