Ingredients of Salvi Guacamole

1. Take 5 of avocado.
2. You need 5 of hard boiled eggs.
3. Prepare 1/2 of small Onion finely diced.
4. Make ready 3 of Roma tomatoes.
5. You need 1/4 cup of cilantro.
6. It’s 2 of large spoonfools of mayo.
7. You need 1 of salt.
8. It’s 1 of pepper.
9. Take 1 tsp of cumin.
10. Prepare 5 of cap fulls of lime juice/2 fresh squeezed limes.

Salvi Guacamole instructions

1. Cut avocado in halves. cube avocado and add to a bowl.
2. Dice cilantro add to avocado.
3. Finely dice onion.
4. Remove hard boiled eggs from shells and cube egg whites. add whites and yolk to mix(yolk is optional).
5. Cut and dice tomato. remove seeds.
6. Add mayo.
7. Add cumin. salt and pepper to taste. add lime juice and mix all ingredients in bowl. Do not overmix.
