- Take 1/2 cup of gram flour.

- Take 1/4 tsp of soda.
- Take 1/4 tsp of roasted crushed coriander and zeera powder.

Curry pakora step by step
- Roast besan half cup.
- Mix 1 cup Dahi and 1 glass water gradually.
- In a pot heat 1 tbsp oil add curry patta zeera ginger garlic paste red chilli powder Haldi salt 2 tbSP water bhonify.
- Add besan dahi mixture in it.bring it to boil.put the lid on it cook on slow. Flame untill thick consistency.
- Now make pakoray add all pakora ingredients and mix it well with water.
- Heat oil in a pan fry pakoras,when it turns crispy golden add in curry.

- Now heat oil in a pan for bhaggar add all bhagar ingredients.when it turns colour to golden add this bhaggar on curry ready!!.
- Serve with roti or rice.
